§ 21.06.641. Homeless shelter.

"Homeless shelter" means housing with minimal supportive services for homeless persons that is limited to occupancy of six (6) months or less. "Homeless shelter" has the same meaning as "emergency shelter" as defined in Section 50801 (e) of the California Health and Safety Code, as may be periodically amended.
