§ 21.06.1115. Single room occupancy (SRO) facility.

"Single room occupancy (SRO) facility" means a residential facility containing rooms for sleeping purposes, for one or two (2) people, where the room is smaller than normally found in multiple family dwelling units, the room is occupied as a primary residence, and the room is provided for a fixed period of time in exchange for an agreed payment of a fixed amount of money or other compensation based on the period of occupancy.
