§ 18.09.010. Adoption.

That certain document entitled 2016 California Fire Code, California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 9, which includes Appendices A, B, BB, C, CC, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, and N as published by the. California Building Standards Commission, which is based on the 2015 International Fire Code with applicable amendments from the State of California, and the local amendments of this Chapter, are hereby adopted as the Fire Code for the County of Monterey.
