That certain document entitled 2016 California Mechanical Code, California Code of
Regulations, Title 24, Part 4, as published by the California Building Standards Commission,
which is based on the 2015 Uniform Mechanical Code with applicable amendments from
the State of California, Appendices B and C of the 2015 Uniform Mechanical Code, and
the local amendments of this Chapter, are hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code for
the County of Monterey.
