§ 16.14.250. Stormwater fund.

A.

All fines and penalties collected for violations of this Chapter shall be placed in a restricted revenue account for stormwater purposes. Such fines and penalties shall be used to defray the County's unreimbursed costs for enforcement of this Chapter.

B.

All payments for reimbursement of administrative costs (as defined in Chapter 1.22) shall be credited to the County fund responsible for the department that issued any notice of violation for enforcement of this Chapter.
