All of the powers and discretion granted to the Board of Supervisors by Article 6 (commencing with Section 35780), Chapter 5, Division 15 of the California Vehicle
Code relating to the issuance of the permits specified therein are hereby delegated
to the Director of Transportation. In requiring a bond, undertaking, or other security
in connection with the issuance of any such permits, the Director of Transportation
shall comply with any applicable resolutions of the Board of Supervisors relating
thereto.
