§ 12.40.010. Definitions.

A.

As used in this Chapter:

1.

"Parking stall" means an area in a parking lot or driveway to accommodate one parked vehicle and indicated by white painted lines or by rows of buttons or discs placed upon the surface of the ground.

2.

"Park" or "parking" means the standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers.

B.

Any words or phrases used in this Chapter which are not defined by its but are defined by the Vehicle Code shall have the meanings specified by the said Code.
