§ 12.28.011. Prohibited—At all times with tow-away authorization.

No person shall stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a peace officer or official traffic control device, in any of the following places at any time, and the Director of Transportation of the County of Monterey is directed to place and maintain appropriate signs or curb markings giving notice of this regulation and post signs providing for the removal of vehicles in violation of this prohibition at such places:

Lapis Road, on both sides of Lapis Road, along its entirety from Del Monte Boulevard generally north to its terminus at Del Monte Boulevard, in the vicinity of the City of Marina.
